Only the data you send us through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the data you share in that conversation.
We only use this data to reply to your request and, if you place an order, to make and deliver it. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in replying. We do not send newsletters and never sell your data.
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and deleted after two years at the latest, unless a legal obligation (such as accounting) requires longer storage.
The site is hosted by Hostinger (EU). Form messages arrive in our email inbox. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The Google Maps map on the contact page only loads if you click ‘Show map’; Google may then set its own cookies. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and TikTok open those services, which apply their own privacy policies.
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by emailing centre.matelas@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
