What do soft, medium and firm mean?
Soft: you sink in more, an enveloping feel. Medium: a balance between a plush feel and support. Firm: you lie more "on top" of the mattress, with very stable support.

Most of our mattresses come in three comfort levels. Here is how to tell which suits you before you come and try it.
Soft: you sink in more, an enveloping feel. Medium: a balance between a plush feel and support. Firm: you lie more "on top" of the mattress, with very stable support.
The heavier you are, the more you sink in. As a rule of thumb, a lighter person feels good on soft to medium, a heavier person on medium to firm.
On your side, shoulders and hips need to sink in: soft or medium. On your back: medium or firm. On your stomach: rather firm. Change positions a lot? Medium is often the best compromise.
You wake up stiff or with sore spots at your shoulders or hips, you feel a dip in the middle of the mattress, or you sleep better elsewhere (in a hotel, at friends): that is often the time to compare.
